Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
• To request cancellation, please write to our customer support team at support@musclexl.in
• Once your cancellation request is acknowledged, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund & Return Policy
We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Refunds or returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
• Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect product has been shipped.
• Reporting Timeline: Please send an email with clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product to support@musclexl.in within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligibility:
• Product seal must remain intact and unused.
• Serial numbers or packaging must not be tampered with.
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect and validate the claim:
• Approved Claims: Refund or replacement will be issued.
• Unapproved Claims: The product will be returned to you without a refund.
Refund Timelines
• Online Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days.
• COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days after confirmation.
Shipping, Delivery & Delays
• We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.
• In case of unforeseen delays, our customer support team will notify you with updates until resolution.
